Find Our purpose is to teach young people basic workmanship skills while promoting a spirit of competition and perseverance through Soap Box Derby racing.
Our mission is to enable as many parents and their children as possible to experience the "Thrill of the Hill" by participating in our year long racing program.
One of the very best things about this program is that it requires the parent and child to work together as a team to accomplish the goal of building and racing the Soap Box Derby car. And unlike many other activities, any child can experience success with our program without being the strongest or the fastest or the tallest or the smartest. Everyone has an equal opportunity to enter and win and our hope is that regardless of the experience, the parent and child will have fun together knowing that they put forth their best effort.
