One of the very best things about the Soap Box Derby is that it requires the parent and child to work together as a team to accomplish the goal of building and  racing the Soap Box Derby car. And unlike many other activities, any child can experience success with our program without being the strongest or the fastest or the tallest or the smartest. Everyone has an equal opportunity to enter and win and our hope is that regardless of the experience, the parent and child will have fun together knowing that they put forth their best effort.
